Understanding Your Goals and Plan (Day 1)

Our first meeting is a mutual introduction that allows you to communicate your most important goals to us. Prior to our meeting, we will provide forms for you to complete that will gather your financial information. This will allow us to gain  a better understanding of your financial picture as well as your general feelings about risk and investing.

Implement Solutions & Review (First 1-3 Months)

Once we agree that a relationship will be mutually beneficial, we will schedule a second meeting. This is normally within four weeks of our first meeting. At this point, we begin to develop a plan to invest based on your goals and feelings about market risk. Normally, this stage of our relationship will involve several meetings over the first few months as we begin to implement our plan.

Monitor Goals and Updates (6 Months and Ongoing)

We plan to meet on a semi-annual basis. At this time, we discuss updated goals and review your investment plan.  We also determine if any updates to your investments should be considered based on the current market and your individual situation. In addition to our face-to-face meetings, we plan to be in contact on a regular basis through emails and phone calls. We also differentiate our service through unique events such as client appreciation events (picnic, open house), coffee clubs, social gatherings, and educational workshops.
